Hearing Concern is pleased to announce the publication of its second book in a series for deaf and hard of hearing people, their families, colleagues and healthcare professionals.

Our second book, Life after Hearing Loss - Telling It Like It Is, (Val Tait) features case studies of those with acquired hearing loss and talks about their personal journeys, from shock and denial, through to acceptance.

President of the Patient’s Association and ex ‘agony aunt’ Claire Rayner said: The stories of real people and the interesting things they have to say run through the pages like a silvery thread through a banknote and have created a fascinating read.
