Our resource centres
Our vision
A regional community where people who are hard of hearing and whose main method of communication is speech are included in society supported by a regional resource centre.

Hearing Concern is able to do this by providing information and support, pioneering innovative and creative responses that meet the needs of hard of hearing people.
Peer support, advocacy and improving communication access in society will enable deaf and hard of hearing people to participate fully.

In order to ensure the development of Hearing Concern's Vision and Mission Statement, ownership has to be devolved into the regions.
Our centres
Resource centres are now able to carry out the mission statement at local level.
Currently there are two regional offices in Grimsby and Newcastle. You can find out more about what's happening in the regions, just click on the above links.
