Frequently asked questions

What is Hearing Concern?

It is a national membership charity committed to supporting people with hearing loss at any stage of their adult lives. We provide help and impartial advice for hard of hearing people who use speech as their main means of communication. Our aim is to promote equality of opportunity and full social inclusion for such people.

Are there any age limits?

No, unless otherwise stated. If you have mobility problems, please advise us at time of booking.

Can I bring a ‘hearing’ friend?

Certainly. Relatives and friends are very welcome.

Why is it important to respond quickly to our offers?

Because we reserve rooms and coach and/or flight seats for a limited period. Any not taken up will be released by a date agreed with the tour operator, after which your chance of getting a place will be much reduced.

How can I find out about future holidays?

The best way is to become a member of Hearing Concern.

Then, besides other benefits, you will receive our quarterly magazine which contains information about the latest holiday offers. If you would like to join (current annual sub £18) please ask for full details.

Please contact the helpdesk if you would like to receive further details about our holidays.

Please specify the destinations that interest you.
