Helpdesk

Our Helpdesk is open during office hours to answer your questions on deafness and hearing loss.

If you've not been able to find the information you need on this website, you can get help quickly and directly, wherever you are, from our national Helpdesk.

Some of the more commone answers to your questions are available at Frequently Ask Questions.

The Helpdesk is Hearing Concern's information service for deaf and hard of hearing people, based at our head office in London.

Available during office hours, we can answer your enquiries by telephone, textphone, SMS (text messages from your mobile telephone), email, fax and letter. We are here to advise you about hearing aids, technical equipment and issues relating to hearing loss.
