Accessibility policy
This site has been built with accessibility in mind. We have endeavoured to make this site as usable and accessible as possible.
At the very least, this site conforms to the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) guidelines, single-A standard. It also addresses many of the issues covered by the double-A and triple-A standards.

Returning to the home page
When you want to return to the home page you can click on the 'Home' link at the top of every page. You will be returned straight to the home page.
Increasing the size of the text
We've tried to make the text size on our site easy to read, but if you find that you'd prefer the font size to be larger or smaller, then you can easily control this using your browser settings.
Please note that if you change the text size to view our site, this will affect all other sites you see until you change your browser setting back again. To increase or decrease the text size on Internet Explorer:
Choose the 'View' option on the top horizontal menu on your browser. Choose the 'Text size' option. Select the size you would like to see.
To increase or decrease the text size on Netscape:
Choose the 'View' option on the top horizontal menu on your browser. Choose the 'Increase' font option.
Skip Navigation
A skip navigation link has been included at the top of each page to help users using audio browsers or screen readers to quickly get to the main content of the page without having to cycle through the navigation menus on each page. If you select this link you will be taken straight to the page content.
'Back to top'
'Back to top' links have been included in longer pages to enable you to move more quickly between information on the page.
Images
All content images used in this site include descriptive alternative text (ALT) attributes. Where appropriate we have used the 'title' tag to convey more information.
Hyperlinks
All text links fully describe their target so that they make sense when read out of context, by a screen reader for example.
Site Map
A site map has been built to give you an overview of the content and the information hierarchy of the site. It will allow you to navigate to the main section of the website.
Documents
Documents on our website are mainly in Adobe PDF format. You will need to install a free reader. You can download it from the Adobe website.
Some information is in Microsoft Word format. If you do not have Word installed on your PC you can download it from the Microsoft website.
